The weight loss would only come if you stick to a dietary and exercise pattern that enables weight loss. The key to it would be to keep off the doughnuts while downing the milk.

Yes, that it definitely does. Milk is said to be one of the best muscle foods on planet earth. The protein content in milk is about 20% and the casein content is almost 80%.
