If you need to lose weight for yesterday (I was not wrong is yesterday, not today) this is your diet. As you know son diet as difficult to do, because our bodies are best to burn fat in no time.

We must also remember that it is important to see a doctor before dieting. Having said that, I want to inform you that diet can make you lose 500 grams a day. It is important to drink at least 8 large glasses of water throughout the day to help eliminate fat. Below the menu for 3 day diet:

Day 1

Breakfast: 1 tortilla two egg whites and vegetables, coffee, tea or skim milk
Mid-morning: Half of Me
Food: 200 gr. beef or grilled chicken, lettuce and tomato salad dressed with lemon juice and salt.
Snack: Tea or coffee and an apple or other fruit
Dinner: Omelet three egg whites and one yolk with vegetables, 200 gr. bean or beans

Day 2

Breakfast: 1 tortilla two egg whites and vegetables, coffee, tea or skim milk
Mid-morning: Half of Me
• Food: lettuce and tomato salad dressed with lemon juice with one tablespoon olive oil. Lamb chop or roast chicken, 200 gr. tomato juice
Snack: 1 small fruit
Dinner: 200 gr. green beans or beans, cabbage and squash tender, half cup of applesauce or other fruit

Day 3

Breakfast: 1 tortilla two egg whites and vegetables, coffee, tea or skim milk
Mid-morning: Half of Me
Lunch: 2 slices of bread, 200 gr. grilled chicken or fish, salad
Snack: 1 apple, tea, coffee or diet soda
Dinner: 200 gr. grilled chicken or fish, 1 grilled tomato, salad, 4 prunes or other fruit.
